大学生创新性实验计划是“十二五”期间教育部推动创新性人才培养工作的一项重要举措。重庆医科大学科学研究与创新实验项目旨在加强对大学生创新能力、科研能力和实践能力培养，调动学生学习的积极性、主动性和创造性，引导兴趣驱动、自主实验、重在过程，尽早参与科学研究，培养严谨的科学态度、创新意识和团队精神，提高学生综合实践能力和创新实验能力。

2019年度重庆医科大学大学生科学研究与创新实验项目申报工作已正式开始，所有我校在校本科生、留学生均可申报，每人限申报、参与1个项目（含已立项未结题的项目）。请有意申请的同学下载申请书和创新实验项目管理办法，仔细阅读项目管理办法，按照项目申请书格式要求认真填写。

项目申报需提交创新实验项目申请书电子版与纸质版各一份,申请书电子版命名格式（组长年级+专业+姓名.doc，例如 2017级临床一系***.doc）发送电子邮件到邮箱：innovationlab@qq.com。（注意！不接收PDF文档）。

纸质版申请书（A4纸，双面打印，左侧装订，需指导教师亲笔签字和指导教师所在院系盖章）交到创新实验项目管理办公室（新校区构想楼A4-B-1101）。申报截止日期2019年4月21日18点，过期不再受理。（注意：2019年度项目申报必须使用2017年制申请书模板，否则不予受理）

有意申请的同学可加入2019创新实验申请QQ群（群号：432153636）或关注“重医大创新实验项目”微信公众号，以便及时了解申请进展。希望大家把握时间，积极参与。

重庆医科大学创新实验项目管理办公室

The innovative experiment program for college students is an important measure to promote innovative talent of college students during the 12th Five-Year Plan period of the Ministry of Education. The Scientific Research and Innovation Experiment Project (SRIEP) of Chongqing Medical University aims to strengthen the cultivation of college students' innovative ability, scientific research ability and practical ability, and to inspire the enthusiasm, initiative and creativity of students, furthermore to cultivate a rigorous scientific attitude, innovation awareness and team spirit, and to improve students' comprehensive practical ability and innovative experimental ability.

SRIEP 2019 has officially opened for application. Both Chinese and foreign undergraduates are qualified for declaration. Each student are only participate in one project (including projects that have not been completed). Please download the application form and the innovative experiment project management methods, and fill in the application form carefully. Each team requires at least 2-5 members and a mentor to ensure the completion of the project.

Both electronic version and paper version of the application form must be submitted before 18:00 on April 21, 2019. The electronic version of the application form (named as group leader’s Class+Major+Name.doc, e.g. 2017clinical medicine Jonn.doc) should be sent to email: innovationlab@qq.com. (PS! PDF documents is NOT allowed).

The paper version of the application (A4 paper, double-sided printing, binding on the left side, with mentor’s handwritten signature and department seal) should be submitted to the Innovation Experimental Project Management Office (Jinyun Campus, GouxiangBuilding , A4-B-1101).

Students who are interested in applying can join the 2019 Innovation Experiment Application QQ Group (group number: 432153636) or join the “CQMUCX” WeChat public account to keep up to date of the application progress.
